KitchenLoopAI provides technology designed to help users understand and manage household food inventory, receive recipe and meal recommendations, identify missing, low, insufficient, or expiring items, create restocking recommendations through features such as SmartRestock™, and connect with third-party grocery and commerce providers.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information.
A. ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFORMATION

• Sign-in provider information

If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, such as Apple or Google, we may receive information authorized by you and the provider.
B. PHOTOS, CAMERA INPUTS, AND USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
KitchenLoopAI may allow you to photograph or upload images of refrigerators, freezers, pantries, cupboards, groceries, food products, receipts, or related items.
We may process these images and associated information to:
• Recognize food and household products
• Estimate inventory
• Identify products, brands, categories, quantities, or package information
• Estimate freshness or expiration
• Generate meal and recipe recommendations
• Identify missing or insufficient ingredients
• Generate SmartRestock recommendations
• Improve inventory accuracy
• Improve and operate the Services
Where our product settings provide for temporary image retention, uploaded or captured images may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or at your request.
Derived information created from an image, such as recognized ingredients, inventory records, product observations, quantities, or other Kitchen State information, may remain in your account after the underlying image is deleted.
C. KITCHEN STATE AND INVENTORY INFORMATION
We may collect, generate, or infer information relating to:
• Food and household inventory
• Products and ingredients
• Estimated quantities
• Purchase information
• Cooking activity
• Consumption or depletion
• Restocking needs
• Expiration or freshness
• Ingredient availability
• Product corrections
• Substitutions
• Shopping and replenishment activity
KitchenLoopAI may combine information from different interactions to maintain and improve an evolving representation of household food inventory and preferences.
D. PREFERENCES AND PERSONALIZATION
If you provide or enable relevant features, we may process information concerning:

Payment information for subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. We generally do not receive full payment-card numbers when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Where legally permitted and consistent with user choices, we may also use de-identified or aggregated information to understand product usage, food and shopping trends, improve our technology, develop business intelligence, and support commercial or retailer insights.
4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
KitchenLoopAI uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, algorithms, rules, and automated processing.
These technologies may be used to recognize products, estimate inventory, generate or rank recipes, infer inventory changes, predict replenishment needs, personalize recommendations, and generate other features.
AI-generated and inferred information may be inaccurate.
Users should independently verify information where accuracy is important, particularly information involving allergens, dietary restrictions, food safety, expiration, nutrition, quantities, or purchasing.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to service providers and partners that help us operate the Services, including providers of:
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure

6. THIRD-PARTY GROCERY AND COMMERCE SERVICES
KitchenLoopAI may allow users to connect or navigate to third-party grocery, delivery, retailer, or commerce providers, including Instacart or other providers.
When you leave KitchenLoopAI or interact directly with a third-party provider, that provider's privacy policy and terms govern its collection and use of information.
AiKitchenUSA does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.
KitchenLoopAI may receive referral, attribution, purchase, or transaction-related information from partners where permitted by the applicable integration and your choices.
7. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND PROMOTION
We may use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the Services.
Where permitted by law and your choices, we may use information for marketing, promotion, attribution, audience measurement, and improving campaigns.
Where legally required, tracking that requires permission will not occur unless the required permission or consent has been obtained.

10. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may request deletion of your KitchenLoopAI account and associated personal information.
Account deletion may be initiated through the account-deletion functionality provided within KitchenLoopAI or through the external deletion method provided on our website.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with that account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for matters such as:
• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Chargebacks
• Accounting or tax requirements
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of agreements
Certain information may remain temporarily in backups before being deleted through normal backup rotation.
Deletion of your KitchenLoopAI account does not automatically cancel subscriptions administered by Apple, Google, or another third-party payment provider. Subscription cancellation may need to be completed through the applicable provider.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:

• Obtain a portable copy of certain information
